Howland & Partners was formed by Howard Pullen, previously a Partner and Shareholder in a well known London based multi disciplinary recruitment practice. Howland Search opened for business in 2005 to provide a limited number of carefully selected clients in the Property and Construction markets with a retained high quality, cost effective and flexible Executive Search service.

The practice is built upon the knowledge and understanding which comes from more than 20 years of Executive Search experience in the markets and functions in which we operate successfully building client teams, identifying and motivating the best people for each assignment, and applying a disciplined and tenacious approach to each assignment. Operating from the heart of London’s Mayfair, Howland Search is able to effectively undertake assignments across the UK including London, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Our approach is to develop a partnering relationship with each client to provide service excellence and thereby generate repeat business. This means that prior to starting an assignment we invest heavily to develop a detailed understanding of each client’s business including its strategic objectives and recruitment need., We will agree our fee structure and performance criteria in advance. Clear objective advice and reporting is provided throughout the assignment including the sensitive pre-completion negotiations.
