Our Executive Search service is delivered using the following key processes

 

 

Job definition

We work very closely with each client to develop a complete understanding of their business. Together, we define the recruitment need and produce a detailed job description a candidate specification. This information is then set out in a detailed Assignment Brief together with a summary of our client’s business. Once the Brief has been approved by the client it becomes the working document for the assignment.

 

Recruitment strategy

Once the job definition is complete. We prepare and agree with the client a recruitment strategy which will scope out where to search and what is needed to attract high quality candidates. The strategy can evolve as the assignment progresses to take into account
minor changes that may arise.

 

 

Candidate identification

The recruitment strategy is then thoroughly implemented by our in house research function
to identify target businesses and potential candidates. We then in strict confidence approach selected candidates and discuss the position to assess suitability and possible candidate interest. The best candidates are then formally interviewed against the Assignment Brief.

 

 

Motivation & assessment

At interview candidates are carefully assessed against the detailed requirements of the Assignment Brief. Particular attention is paid to assessing relevant experience and technical competence to undertake the role. We also assess, personality and potential team fit, career aspirations, and motivations are also discussed and carefully evaluated. Confidentiality is maintained until the candidate allows release of their identity and information to the client.

 

 

Candidate Presentation

At a review meeting we discuss in detail each candidate and agree the best candidates for interview with the client. A detailed Candidate Profile is then prepared for every candidate prior to interview.

 

 

Conclusion
